  Terrible - this office has zero customer skills. They charged me 15 dollars to process the title of my vehicle and a month later the title was still at their office. We went to get it so we could get the vehicle registered. This after they insisted I didn't need the title to register they told me that becuase there was a lein I could not have the title however, we all know you must have a title to register your vehicle. Anyway got it went to DMV in October DMV kept the title to send back to One Main. I then called asking about the processing fee. Someone would call back (seeing I had to pay it at DMV and had already paid it to One Main) No one called me back until February then they call me to see if we ever registered the vehicle!! I remind them of the conversation we had and they say oh okay let me look into it I remember that. Then call me back and ask if I have the receipt to prove I paid the 15 dollars at DMV. You know what you know I went to DMV you know you didn't do your part take MY 15 dollars and stick it!!!! I will never do business with them again. Scam artist. They charge wicked interest and then still take money they are not entitled to. This office sucks!!! I have used One Main before but not this office and never will again. Had to give at least one start to post they didn't even earn a star in my book.

  This company is a scam do not go here, me and my wife both have excellent credit and make more then enough money. They denied us and kept out info on file do not go here do your research and go some where else.
