Everyone was beyond kind and helpful, any questions I had were answered thoroughly and promptly. They also did everything they could to get me as much as they possibly could. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. Any updates or notifications I always had to get in contact with them and not the other way around in order to keep things moving. When my case was finally settled almost a year later for just a couple thousand dollars I then get a email that the law firm did not handle the responsibility of paying the hospital bills out of my settlement like they we're supposed to. The Kendall law firm was aware that the car accident left me in debt with the payments for a totaled car. When confronted they did not care and since they had already settled my case we're not worried about their carelessness of handling the bill that should have came out before I got anything. Another thousand dollars that i apparently needed to pay since theu just forgot even though all hospital bills were given to them. Law firm also aware im pregnant and had immediately used my settlement for bills I had accumulated since the accident. In closing not professional and very selfish when they should have taken responsibility. Would not ever recommend or use this law firm again!By Bianca knotts, January 24, 2017
