- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is an awful bank to do business with. very unprofessional, rude, lazy and have a basic don't care about the customer attitude. cant even get a simple letter from them to prove I paid off a loan. Something that Chrysler Capital wants to see before they will approve my new truck loan. BoCC sent some blurry screen capture that is not readable. pathetic!!! Now I have a truck but no financing because of these unprofessional clowns. I complained on line and they closed my accounts and will not respond to me, the car dealer or Chrysler Capital finance. so very unprofessional. Thanks and I will gladly bank with another institution. Avoid this bank at all cost!!!!By Nick Castle, March 16, 2017
